If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return or exchange provided the item(s) are unused, unwashed, tagged, and in original condition. Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. All full price merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Sale merchandise is final sale.
Please contact customer service to receive an RA number before returning your items back to our warehouse. Exchange items will be shipped out to the customer free of charge. Please allow time for the processing of your exchange once your return item is received.
