Shipping policy

Once you've completed the obligatory "My Stands stuff is ordered!” Happy Dance, in stock items will be processed and shipped out 2-5 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your item ships out. Items that have been listed as “backorder” on our website will ship out within 2-5 days of their arrival at our warehouse. Most back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse within 2-3 weeks. If your order is delayed, it’s probably because you didn’t do the Happy Dance. 

Upon placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed, and will appear on your statement as a charge from Stands. 

Orders with items on backorder will be clearly labeled as such with an estimated shipping date, and will not ship until all items are available for shipment. This can take two to three weeks depending on the cycle of the fundraising campaign. A confirmation email will be sent out when your item(s) have been shipped, including a tracking number.
