Gio Guimarães

Giovanna “Gio” Guimarães (she/her), is a renowned artist from Brazil. A long-time illustrator, comic artist, and animator, she has worked on a wide range of projects.

From the comics “RoboCop” and “The Green Hornet,” to cards for the “Avatar: The Last Airbender” game, to short animations for advertisements and games, Gio’s work reaches far and wide.

She lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and has been the Senior Illustrator for an American game company since 2016. Beyond her “official” job, Gio is always working on artistic projects, both for herself and for fandoms everywhere.
